Scarlett Rose hasn't grown up as a normal seventeen year old girl. She has a gift. She can see and talk to spirits; the good ones and the bad ones. But she keeps her gift a secret from her friends and family. However, when Scarlett sees the new transfer student, Roman Matthews, standing outside her school, she finds it harder to keep her secret under Roman's penetrating gaze and knowing questions. Scarlett finds with Roman's sudden appearance in her life that strange occurrences start to happen, well stranger than seeing ghosts everyday. Can Scarlett figure out who or what Roman Matthews is and put an end to these negative incidents, or will whatever lurks in the darkness bring Scarlett to her demise?
