Alice is torn between the reality and her dreams. She knows her dreams are very much real but that doesn't help her much in her real world.
Stuck between being a Minder and a Nymph, she struggles in school. She is drawn towards the world in her dreams where there are people without any powers or differences, where people are treated the same. She craves for normalcy but is forbidden by her parents to interact too much with the people in her dreams but that doesn't stop her from becoming too close to Marcer.
What happens when she falls for Marcer? Will she stay true to her world or leave it for good?
