Having faith in something that literally isn't there but is is tiring. Also, the world hates you and you have to fight against the one thing you can't escape, sin. Choosing to fight this battle puts a target on your mind and sometimes body, and it can make or break you. ... Seems useless, right? Maybe, but it isn't, because either way it goes, we can't change it. It's scary, new, fun, and boring all at the same time. It's... not something humans would regularly do. It seems like just yesterday I was saved. Not knowing what to do next or where I should go. Little by little I had to find my way and put together the lessons I was taught from different sources to seemingly lead a holy life. My supreme happiness came from when I found Jesus. Little did I know all I had to do was dwell in his heart and he would provide me with the wisdom I need and show me the things I could only fantasize about. Things like these seemed to me too precious to keep hidden, and that's when I knew I just had to share Who He is to the whole world. Visions, testimonies, miracles and more came knocking at my door leading me into a dose of Heaven on Earth. Blue Roses for My Bride series: Book 1 NOTE I am not a writer, but I do enjoy writing. I learn as I go where writing a book is concerned. So the book has a lot of flaws, typos and words may not be in the correct order. It may be a finished book but there is still lots of work to do on it. It is a draft of my process in writing the book, so please keep in mind that things will be constantly added, taken out or changed until it becomes how the Lord wants it to be. Hurt, pain, doubt, insecurity, temporary happiness, fear, toxic relationships, anger, anxiety, issues, and chaos. They were the unwelcome passengers on my road trip of life. While being pregnant with my daughter Lea, I was in a really dark place and one day I met some random girl in college name Nicole, she sat next to me on the hallway floor. Her being there was making me tremble from the inside out. But it wasn't her, it was Jesus in her. The way she let Jesus take over her life, made everyone feel the presence of God. I started to sobbed and she hugged me (without knowing me) then I cried even harder. She said, "there's nothing you can do that will make God unlove you." To make the long story short, that day I surrender my life to Jesus and made a friend for life. I decided to make this 39 days bookish of writings because when life hit us hard we need a reminder of hope, joy, faith, love, and worth. The thing that inspires me every time I find myself in great difficulty is the knowledge that God loves me unconditionally, despite all my shortcomings.

I struggled with writing this and, as you will soon understand, though I knew how to write it, writing it and thinking about it was difficult. I have not labeled the chapters in hopes that you will read all the way through. You may understand me a little more if you do so, but, on the same note, you may end up hating me. I do not know what your reaction will be, but I will allow your opinion of me. I give you full permission to judge me, only when you read everything. This is on my struggles with mental illness, traumatic events, my opinions, my thoughts, my feelings; this is a tour of my mind. Be warned, it's dark and haunted. But I felt it important for me to write this, so maybe I can overcome it. Thank you for picking this text to enlighten you. These little hashtags pepper our lives. These are mine and how they represent me. At least that is how I wanted this book to be. It was to be a book of short articles using a hashtag as inspiration. However, it has grown and changed as I have. This book was birthed from my not-so-short social media posts. As I began engaging with people who don't share the same opinion as me, I dug deeper into trying to understand how I decided on my beliefs. I did some armchair research on Street Epistemology. If you haven't heard of it, YouTube it. It will get you to think! I did. I came face to face with what I believed, how I got there, and why. It also forced me to ask whether my beliefs are consistent with my morals and ethics. This book is my contribution to the marketplace of ideas. Hopefully, it stands up to scrutiny. If not, let me know. Maybe you will change my mind. Don't be afraid to join in the conversation; our fluid and diverse voices make our society unique.

I feel I should offer a disclaimer; this will not be a book of pretty words and flowing writing. It might even have an odd format with short stories, prayers, poems, journal entries, and autobiographical tendencies. There will be raw bits of unfiltered emotion because I have always been a very emotionally driven person prone to over-sharing. This isn't a tutorial or a teaching manual, or a guide to Christianity. It is my personal journey in discovering The Way. My ongoing path from religion to having a personal relationship with the Living God. The idea for Letters to God has been with me for years. At first, as a blog post, but that didn't appeal to me as much, for my heart has always leaned toward writing books. Then I tried sharing parts of it as short stories, but that didn't sit well with me either. Subconsciously, I've been working on this for years. Of late, the Holy Spirit keeps putting the title in my head, and I've finally gotten the message.

Like every military staff, who was coming back home, he was still excited to see his fiancèe, despite him losing his job forever. It did not turn out the way he hoped it would be and caught her cheating with his best friend. That's when he started to lose all his hope in life and plot his own death. When life does not work his way he starts blaming God for it. Fortunately, he survived a car accident and was saved by a business woman named 𝘈𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘗𝘢𝘨𝘦. She helps him become a better version of himself and grow more into Christ, making him find the right path in his life again.
