Daniella is a beautiful girl, charming, loving, kind and caring. She's smart and, in so many words, perfectly imperfect. She's also Indian, lesbian, and closeted.

Elisa is pretty similar. Except she's even more charming, and really badass. She's Hispanic, lives with a homophobic mom, and, of course, lesbian.

When Daniella moves for the eighth time in her life, she's about ready to give up, she hates herself for being lesbian, for being different. She hates knowing that her own father hates her. Elisa is lonely, depressed and really, just done.

When these two girls meet, sparks fly. They're in love.

But, as in all cheesy love stories, there's a problem, many really, and adding gay panic to it results in one, big problem;

Being in love also means being in deep shit.
