"Are you going to leave me, brother?" i asked in my childlike voice.
"Let go of my arm, kayda. I need to go." he replied, not even looking at me. His face remained blank.
"No, no, no! You can't go now! Daddy needs your help! Mommy's too sick to help and i can't do anything!" by now, tears were freely flowing down my face.
"I won't say it again. Let go. Now. I'm leaving." again, he didn't even turn to me.
"B-but... you can't! You just CAN'T!" as soon as i yelled that, he stood up from the snow covered bench and slapped me, his pointed gloves scratching my face, making me bleed. Instinctively, i let go of him to put my hands on my cheek. He stared at my with his dark green eyes that were once full of hope and turned, not looking back.
i have no idea what i'm doing. this is for wattys2018 btw
