❖ Interstellar pilot and ex-adventurer Alex Gallegos must keep their team safe on an icy moon as sentient storms threaten to repeat the tragedy that ended their last career. ❖ Everyone in the United Inhabited Solar Systems (for some reason, UIS for short) knows to stay away from Mahaha. The icy moon is notorious for failed probe landings and research missions that end in tragedy: the only people to ever venture to its surface needed rescuing after just two weeks. When a prestigious research group decides they want a turn, they ask Alex Gallegos to lead the team. Perfectly qualified and haunted by their past, Alex accepts, hoping to make up for old mistakes and get just a little further from the earth they've left behind. Two months into the seven-month mission, the team is struggling with discontent, damaged equipment, and blizzards acting less and less like normal weather. As Mahaha moves out of range of help and the storms take on a more malicious character, Alex must face the one foe they could never have prepared for. Mahaha may or may not be alive. ❖❖❖ Complete. Exodus Nebula
In a small, Positivist-controlled city, Gireiah Copeigh of Yun, a renowned astronomer and theoretician, witnesses a revelled and worshipped event of deep antiquity: a Vanishing. Of the twelve stars visible on the celestial sphere, eleven remain. Following the event, a strange yet deliberate phenomenon splayed across the sky--mysterious astronomical activities with perhaps principally scientific interpretations, or perhaps the chiseled, fleeting abstractions of gods... In this distant space and time, Gireiah sets out to find an old reclusive friend, an aid to help uncover the truth about the world's newly molested skies, as well as the purpose and mechanism responsible for the Vanishings themselves. The paths of others like himself cross, and in these trekkings, an awful truth of their universe is revealed. This is Exodus Nebula, a novella of about 55,000 words, or twenty-four chapters. The mannerism and syntax of the writing can be a bit... dense. You'll have to excuse me for that. This was never supposed to be a serious attempt at a completed story, yet here it is. At about halfway through, I decided I didn't like the mannerisms at all and that it would be better off as a story entirely rewritten. Instead, I kept up with it anyway and made amends nearer the end. It was a mistake now learnt. If you choose to read past, oh, chapter five, where the story begins to pick up momentum in my opinion, I hope you enjoy. I've included a lot of themes I find intriguing and attempted to make the world wholly open for the reader's interpretation--which was the intent of this project, more or less: a practice of worldbuilding. The Nebulans -- often called the Zodiacs for their uncanny resemblance -- are supposed to be mythical protectors of the seven Worlds, which includes their home world, Galaxus. The previous generation of Nebulans were tyrants, possessed by the evil creators of the seven Worlds, the Corrupted. The next generation of Nebulans are the world's hope. But the next generation of Nebulans? They're thirteen teenagers with mental issues, removed from their traumatic pasts and homes. They've been broken so many times. But these Worlds need to be repaired. Something is stirring in the shadows. Something dark. The Corrupted are back. And they're after the new generation of Nebulans, too. If they can't convince the Nebulans to join them ... They'll just kill them. And it's a race against time for the Corrupted and the confused, far too young, untrusting Nebulans. And they're not wrong. Here, no one can be trusted, for everyone tells lies. Some, though, tell greater lies than others ...Complete
Spring Break (Thunderbirds Are Go! / Thunderbirds Movie)
The year is 2065. The time? Spring break. What was supposed to be a fun time for students to just take sometime off was quickly turning into hell for Alan Tracy. First a 10,000 word essay due when he went back to school, then his brothers brushed him off, and now he was grounded for the whole of break because he was in Thunderbird One. Little did he know, that wasn't even the worst part.. _______________ Meanwhile, in 2060, spring break was also going on. While most teenagers his age where out having fun, surfing, going on dates, and things along those lines, sixteen year old Alan Tracy was out saving lives--more specifically, lives in space. His brother's life, to be even more specific. John had collapsed while on the line with them, and the next thing he knew EOS was freaking out and he was on his way down to Thunderbird Three with the family medic Virgil to get John back down to earth to get medical attention. His voice was soft and sweet when I lowered myself down to his sleek black dress pants. "We shouldn't do this." He sighed looking down at me as I look up at him as well. "I know, but I want to." "I want to feel all of you Elijah." I unbuttoned his shirt revealing himself to me as I kept myself on my knees. His body was absolutely stunning, chiseled but soft toned abs. "V-Ms. Rose." He groans as I kiss and lick every muscle throughout his body. "Stop talking and let me touch you." I go back up to his face to kiss his wet pink lips. Elijah moans softly in my mouth as I swirled my tongue all around. Slowly, I take both of his pale hands as I still kiss him and put his touch on the back of my zipper. He knew quickly what he was suppose to do, so he unzips my dark red dress and pulls off the dress showing myself to him as well.
