The 76th Hunger Games: Jark's Story
The Capitol and President Snow may have been defeated, but it didn't stay that way for long. President Snow's granddaughter, Jezebel, became in charge after her grandfather's death. Her parents didn't survive the uprising. She remade the twelve districts, leaving thirteen to their own devices. The districts are more poverty ridden than before.
