Feyre has been at Tamlin Tool's company for ten months. She signed a contract saying that she would work for him for a year. She dated him for a month, and he was much more attracted to her than she was to him. She sorely wishes she could get out of said contract after she broke up with Tamlin this afternoon because he wouldn't let her apply for any new jobs. He hit her and she ran home to her small apartment and started to type a letter to Rhysand Lord, the owner of a rival publishing company who could possibly offer her a better job. But then the messages become something more and she finds herself wishing that she could be free of her contract even sooner.....

For everyone who is sick of waiting for Sarah J Maas to finally release Azriel's story. And everyone who doesn't want him to end up with Gwyn or Elaine. Here is my version of his love story that takes place right at the end of the original A Court of Thorns and Roses. Amarantha's daughter, Marlie, just got out from Under the Mountain where she got trapped for 50 years, just for trying to confront her mother. When Feyre, Cursebreaker, manages the trials and frees everyone, Marlie somehow finds herself winnowed into Velaris, Rhysands other Court. There, she raises the attention of the High Lord and the inner circle for entering through the warding. Especially Azriel's attention. For some reason Prythian is spelled pythian about a thousand times, and Baron is Byron?? I don't know. I'm sorry lmao. ~Synopsis~ After losing everything, Tamlin had given up on hope of any sort. He isolated himself and sent everyone away, leaving him with nothing but his own tortured mind. One day, as he's trailing the woods, he stumbles upon a young woman, Eve, who was attacked by his own kind. He ends up saving her with what little magic he has to offer, and taking her back to his manor to give her a chance to heal. Eve has her own troubles back home which led her to the forest to begin with, and what was meant to be a short stay, becomes something far beyond that.
