Other bad guys like the Purple Dragons are still rampaging in New York City and Raph's loyalty that he once had for Leo has vanished including Leo's patience with his hotheaded brother has disappeared since both of them have once been under Shredder's brainwashing and the effects of that is turning both brothers against each other causing them both to fight, rough house and insult each other. But one day Leo gains new powers and is afraid to lose control over them while Raph decides to try and help his brother.All Rights Reserved
