It is August 3, 2244 almost everyone lives in poverty. The UCC, The United Community of Countries is struggling to survive. With their 3% rich and 97% poor. Their countries now overpopulated and poverty is crumbling the countries and themselves. Everyone keeps to themselves to stay safe. And survive through health and avoiding small fights, and outrageous wars. Poverty keeps getting worse and the countries are over populated. The government comes up with a plan but not one everyone agrees to. 17 year old Tandy is one of those people. She has no family left, all them passed in a large car crash while she was at a beach seven years ago. Tandy concludes that what the government is doing is wrong so she decides to take action. Not knowing whether it will end well or be a great disaster.
