Before Agent Fowler, Jack, Miko, and Raf met the Autobots and saw what the Decepticons were capable of, there was a girl who knew about all sides and the history of their war before them.

Amalgamous, found by the Decepticons before she turned one, has been raised by the Decepticons all her life. Once she turned 7, she was able to assist in the mines and on some missions. Trained under Megatron and other Decepticons hands, she became a valuable part to the Decepticon army, capable of doing things humans dreamed of.
But when a darkness rises, and her long friend starts questioning what side he needs to be on, she starts to question what she needs to do in order to save her family, but still remain who she always believed she was, and who Megatron wants her to be.

Hidden Spark on Earth (TFP)
A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Scars like hers run too deep and she does not know what worth she could even give to the transformers who have now become her guardians to protect her from decepticons. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. The Autobots and Decepticons were fighting as usual for Energon when they plunged into a hole, falling unceremoniously into the abyss. There was one massive Energon in the middle of the place, far bigger than the usual Energon crystals. Things took a turn when the crystal glowed brightly, enveloping the bots and transporting them to somewhere. There was a catch though. They are now tiny and sparkling-like. Alias is an unusual girl. She doesn't remember who she was when she was younger, her first memory was as a 6 year old, stumbling through the woods into an old abandoned barn, wounded and weak. This is where she meets the equally confused Cybertronian, who she named Nickname. As they grow up and learn about the world around them, they realize that the world is a horrible place. And while Nickname has the Decepticons chasing him, Alias has a group of human sized metal warriors that seem endless and relentless chasing her.
