Kasimei D Misaki, lived on the Devil's island before being captured by marines as she ate the Sen Sen no mi, the fruit of the thousands, which gives the consumer the powers of all the fruits combined. The Sen Sen no mi only appears once a thousand years on the Devil's island. Misaki was turned into a human weapon before she escaped and washed ashore on Dawn island and met Luffy, Ace and Sabo
