If you have not seen Infinity War, go watch it. If you don't mind spoilers, one scene is very important to this particular short fiction. Thanos uses the Infinity Gauntlet to erase exactly one half of all life in the universe. Those erased, turn to dust. That being said, enjoy a small idea of what might be happening other places in the world while Peter Parker says he doesn't feel so good.
