Hades got me out of Algebra, which is a big deal. It does my head in. But, he kidnapped me and took me to the Underworld all because Persephone has faded away. And he's making me love him. After meeting gods and goddesses, finding my parents were dead then not dead, and Aphrodite, the goddess of love casting a spell over me, it turns out he's making me love him. So, naturally, I want freedom. Is that too much to ask?

When Kore accidentally takes the life of a rabbit, she knows what her mother's reaction will be: taking away the little freedom she has. So she does what any girl would do. She asks the dreaded king of the Underworld to let her bring it back. A short retelling of Hades and Persephone.

The fates have a way of weaving chaos into destiny. No one knows this better than Kore. Before her birth the fates had prophesized her ability to overthrow Olympus. Her slip catches the attention of Zeus who sends Kore to the Underworld until he can figure out who she is and what she is capable of. While Hades, King of the Underworld, is reluctant to shelter the mystery goddess he soon discovers that what is a curse to his Brother Zeus is a blessing for himself and the underworld. However, time is working against them. Can he convince Kore to leave behind everything she knows to join him in the Underworld before Zeus discovers her secret? A retelling of Hades and Persephone- Note some of the characters do not follow the traditional myth but the story still occurs in the same time period.
