After the events of Infinity War, the remaining avengers and captain marvel have defeated Thanos and destroyed the soul stone, making half of the universe as well as the superheroes reappear in the same state as they were when the snap occurred. As the whole universe is celebrating, the Stark couple decide to have eachother's privacy for a while. Until the billionaire genius notices something about his life-long partner. Then, he remembers this crazy dream he had about his wife and him expecting....

It was clear that the events of New York had left Tony with severe PTSD and anxiety, but the events didn't effect Emma as much anymore because she had Pepper Potts to help her. But it seemed that no matter how much she helped him, Pepper wasn't able to get through to Tony. Not helping their problems, a new threat came to be; a powerful terrorist leader named the Mandarin has been responsible for multiple bombings. Tony fears that Pepper might leave him and take Emma with her because she's had enough, especially when she gets visited by an old interest, Killian.
