Being caught in the middle of a murder is scarring, especially for Elizabeth Robison. Not remembering much that happened the night of her best friend, Cathy Burns', murder, Elizabeth has to go above and beyond to clear her name and figure out who really killed Cathy.
But was it actually murder, or was it suicide? There are signs leading to both, but Elizabeth will not bring herself to accept the unexpected demise of her best friend and will do anything in her power to figure out the truth.
