This is an early draft of the 2014 SyFy original movie "Mutant World" I wrote, which was considered too expensive for the $1.5M budget we had to work with. While the centre of the film is still there, the produced version you can watch has many elements in this screenplay altered, and some stripped away all together. The result changed the tone and themes of the story, as well as the arc of several main characters. If you've ever wanted to see a before-and-after of a network-produced feature, this is a fun glimpse into the process. I apologize for some of the formatting, since the screenplay format doesn't copy-paste into wattpad 100% perfectly, so I'm cleaning it up as a work in progress.

I let out a soft Mmm and instantly opened my eyes to see her looking at me with her head slightly tilted to the side and an amused smile playing on her lips. "Nothing has value. Everything is useful." Dear reader, have you ever heard of the Transforming Hero genre? You know the one- average guy (either a cinnamon roll or absolute filth) gets a transformation device, shouts something cool, and BAM! He's kicking evil's ass while surrounded by explosions and collectible power-ups designed to milk your wallet! Yeah. That genre. So imagine my excitement when I, an unapologetic tokusatsu nerd, get flattened by the infamous Truck-kun and wake up in a fantasy world full of magic and not urban fantasy... Also, I reincarnated as an elf girl with a monstrous mana pool and long-ass lifespan... PERFECT! Because my wish wasn't to be the hero. No no no. My dream is to be the crazy scientist behind the hero. The one making the flashy transformation belts, overpowered weapons, and seasonal collectible gadgets that make kids scream and parents cry. And thanks to my elf perks, I can finally build all that! One catch though... I need high-quality materials. Like "boss-tier monster drops" level. So I join the Hero's Party to harvest rare loot. unfortunately the so-called "hero" is a walking red flag. Super OP? Yes. Handsome? Sure. Morally bankrupt manipulator who brainwashed an entire harem using his Cheat? Absolutely. Luckily, I'm immune- probably because I died bricked up over transforming gadgets and people in suits rather than the people... and not because a certain title. There this one poor sap who is just the luggage carrier now. (He's carrying my stuff too- heaviest bag, no regrets.) Apperently he stayed to watch over his childhood friend? GHAHAHAAHA. HOW AMUSING! So I made a choice. That guy? He's getting my first transformation belt. And he's going to use it to wipe that smug, sparkly grin off Mr. Blessed's face.
No Man Left Behind
An intelligent entity by the name of Unilife captures the attention of an ancient alien race, who must decide whether or not to make first contact with the human race in order to stop this fast-learning, genocidal entity . . . And after encountering the entity themselves, Humanity must decide between fighting Unilife to the bitter end, or fleeing the Milky Way Galaxy altogether. This short story is a precursor to other writings to come. Essentially, I'm using my experience from writing this as a springboard for future planned projects. Sidenote: this project was originally drafted in Google Docs. For some reason, when copying over to Wattpad, Wattpad converts all the em dashes to regular hyphens. Be on the lookout for that, as it completely slaughters the meaning of certain sentences and phrases which use em dashes. Have you ever done something crazy or unthinkable for money? Well, Sydney Parker has. She's no stranger to hard work since she grew up in the foster system and spent her whole life bouncing from house to house until she was emancipated at seventeen. Once finished with her bachlours degree she began working her way to masters for Social Work she's finding an opportunity to keep her more than afloat but to do it she needs money, lots of it, and fast. After stumbling across egg donation she could only find reasons for doing it. She tried to leave it all of the behind her as she promised she was going to be able to. Includnig proceeding with her investment and even starting a new and serious relationship. That is until after a year she gets a knock at her door and opens it to a something she truely never could have thought about in a million years. Her own baby at her doorstep. I wrote this book around 2013/14 so I wasn't but a young teen and given its continued popularity over the years I've now decied with my maturity and education it's time to actually officially come back and rewrite and edit. Prehistoric Safari
The genesis for this story was actually a computer program: a Dorling Kindersley product called "3D Dinosaur Hunter". Disc two allows you to wander around six 3D environments, interacting with dinosaurs. Once, I took several pictures in each of the six sections -- I can't remember if it was with the standard print screen option or if the program has a built-in snapshot feature. And at first, that's all it was: just an album of pictures from the program. Then I hit on the idea to write a story around those pictures. And that's how this story developed: every event was just written to try and justify one of the pictures. Naturally, I inserted the relevant pictures into the document at the proper places, and I've decided to do the same thing here. The story is about a photographer sent back to dinosaur times in order to test a newly invented time machine. I first wrote it in 2005, and there's only so much I could edit in the intervening years due to the limits set by the source program. For example, the program was made before it was concluded that raptors had feathers, so unfortunately the outdated image is still present here. Also, the program erroneously has Brachiosaurus rear up on its hind legs to reach higher branches; in real life, it was too front-heavy to do that. But, regardless of those few inaccuracies, I hope you enjoy it.Complete

It was called reboot because I wanted to start over and use old characters for a new story. I was a lil hesitant to upload this one cause I was worried it might be confusing with the writing style changing. It was my time I got back into writing in a long time and wanted to experiment. The Hawaiian Special Forces
This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!Complete
