Monokuma has plans for a new killing game. But not just any killing game, an all star killing game with 12 participants from 3 of the previous killing games. With some new twists and turns and a mastermind with unclear motivations that may not be despair, will the Ultimates be able to discover the mastermind, or will they all fall victim to the killing game?

Will they ever know the answers to these questions, or will the bloodshed keep on going?

She remembers it all so vividly; Rantaro's death, the investigation, the nerve-wracking class trial, and of course, her execution.
