Dean doesn't know how to confront his feelings about Cas. Cas is a drama queen who doesn't make Dean admit them. Sam is full of ptsd, then again all of them are, and Gabriel is alive.
I don't really follow the recent canon timeline, in my head this is around season 9 but obviously not canon.

He remembers nothing about Sam or Dean or even himself for that matter, but something is itching at the wall in the back of his head trying to break through, it wants to get out but can't. He gets fragments of things every so often but they are of pain and torture and a redhead he doesn't know the name of. One day a pleasant memory comes through the cracks in his wall he can't place where it came from. The only thing he knows is he needs to find the man with the stunning green eyes. Cas is suppose to take care of him, wile Sam and Bobby go do theire deamon, ghoust and vampire hunting. Both Dean and Cas notice that they feel things for each other that go beyond frendship. However, Dean is in denail and Cas is scared to ruin the frendship. Plus, Cas is justb beeing Cas and hardly knows anything about feelings. They eventually get help from someone unexpected...
