Lincoln (Linc) Seeker has been traumatized by the words "I love you" for two years now. On the night of the event, he dreamt of a girl he had not met before but she told him that she loved him and he woke up before he could react. There has now been a total of fifteen dreams that all ended the same way: her saying "I love you," and him saying nothing.

Now an incoming senior in high school, he tries to escape his past by focusing on the girl he has deeply engraved in his memory. He has fallen for her and he is sure of it, even if she is not reall. Until one day, she is...but she doesn't love him.

Will Linc get over his trauma of "I love yous" or will he let this girl slip away just like she did in his dreams?
