Growing up Olivia Grimes has always been good at reading people. Her parents; Rick and Lori Grimes have always called her the human lie detector. Since she was 13 her father and his best friend; Shane Walsh; have taken her to the shooting range with them when they would get Re-certified for their job at, King's County's Sheriff Department. Rick always thought it was important for his children to know how to use a gun. When his youngest son; Carl Grimes; is old enough he plans to do the same with him. However as Olivia Grimes got older she grew to dislike using guns, casing her to go to the shooting range less with her dad and going to the Dance Studio with her friends more.
Before the world went to shit, Olivia Grimes' only worry was getting into Dance school and out of the house of her constantly fighting parents; Lori and Rick Grimes. It wasn't till after her father was shot; on duty at Kings County's Sheriffs Department. A time when she thought nothing worse could happen. That was till the Dead started walking, and every moment became a fight for survival.
In the midst of fighting for her life and discovering who she is as a woman in this new world of the Walking Dead; she also finds love in the most unlikely person. A hot-headed redneck named Daryl Dixon; while, he teaches Olivia how to survive she teaches him how to live. However, what both of them learn is that nothing is certain when the Dead are walking the earth.
