A boy, Vedi from Keton city joins a cycle club 'Runs' and participates in the 'Bicyc Explosion' and fails to complete the race. All the clubs refer their expert cyclists and almost all of them lose the race.
A vigilante tries to restore the justice by participating in the illegal rides.
