It's almost a year, that the androids started a revolution and got stopped by the RK800-model. Most of the old models got destroyed and replaced with newer models in hope, that the disaster wouldn't happen ever again. After the great success of the RK800, Cyberlife published the new advanced model, claiming, that this is the perfect machine detective in all times -RK900.
They created the new RK-model with the so-called "Dog Syndrome", which is a reference to the phrase: Like owner, like dog. It's supposed to make the android work harmoniously with their owner.

Gavin Reed hated androids before and even more after the revolution. If he gets the chance, he would shoot every single of them, because they are just machines causing trouble. All of a sudden, Fowler got him a new partner for solving the case: people seem to disappear without any hind. Are the androids behind it? I won't lie I kinda hate myself for writing this but the ideas kept flowing so here we go It would take a long time for androids to be equal to humans, but at least the first steps had been made. Connor, a prototype for a detective android who managed to go deviant and form a friendship with an old police Lieutenant who drinks just a little too much was one of those androids who liked to believe he had a hand in the outcome of the Android Revolution. The rules were when the Deviant case was solved, Connor would return to Cyberlife, but now that androids were people he could stay in the police department- and you bet your ass he did. Everything was going smoothly for about a month or so until Connor and his best partner Hank are chasing after a serial killer and Connor gets injured on the job. Will Hank be able to finish the case without his partner there every step of the way? And an even bigger question: How will the Lieutenant handle Connors replacement - the RK900?
