I'm not good at descriptive so bare with me.
This is the story of 2 sets of 3 close siblings(best friends), their friends, close caring family members and their rough life and and worse childhood. With all they've been through it's left them with emotional, physical, and mental problems, scars, and damaged. They see them selves as a damaged package that the buyer wants to return and get a new one or a broken toy no one wants. When they fall in love they are wary and scared and need help out of their shell.
