In the city of New London, a new peril has resurfaced in the year 2055 after being curbed over twenty years ago. 

Drug trafficking.

The Criminal Law Enforcement Agency needs to receuit more staff in order to get the reorganised crime back under control, and when offered a spot in the Juvenile Programme by one of such agents, Jessica Brooks finds no reason not to sign up, and persuades her brother, Justin, to join in. 

She figures it's the least they can do in remembrance of their father, who had been an agent before he passed away in a fire, and is glad her best friend is there to support her.

As the investigation goes on, situations arise which will shake Jessica to the core. Will she be strong enough to face her most unexpected enemy?All Rights Reserved
