They are Elegant and strong. They can rule over a kingdom with this. They were not allways this way. All Queens were princesses once, even if they didn't know it. They start out childish. Good Queens and Kings will not force them into their role. They will let them blossom. Lucy Heartfilia was young when she met the fairy tail guild. It's been so many years sense then.
