Unwelcome in both the human and the godly realms, Demigod Rys always thought she'd pass a pointlessly long and lonely life with as little social interaction as possible. So when Ian Voltaar appears before her and stubbornly survives his first encounter, she agrees to his plans, more out of boredom than belief. As the pedestals of the all-powerful gods begin to crumble, however, Rys suddenly realizes that this may be the perfect opportunity to meet her makers...and to make them pay.
