In an attempt to get her to take a break they have her pick the movie for movie for movie night and in a random pick she becomes a thespian, imminently. This new hobby has her falling over herself to join theater, where she meets the gem of the theater department, Alex McCoy, rich boy™, and just as she fell for musical theater, she falls for Alex. *all credit for plot goes to the true MVP, the girl, no the legend, @sophiemoons! Her writing is legit everything! Love you Sophie!!* **Also some people might be like omg everyone knows that they live in midtown, well that a high school in forest hills, a nonfictional town in Queens, New York, New York., don't be rude, espically topic you don't know about.**

Completed✔️ Disclaimer: I wrote this when I was 15 so it is a bit cliché, and many mistakes in the story:) All Brooklyn's life, she's been more of a boy than a girl. She's only ever lived with her single dad and her three older brothers, which means she was bound to grow up more like them. So, when she moved all the way from New York to Tennessee, it wasn't much of a surprise until she met Alex, the one of many popular boys at the high school. Until she realized that Alex decided to make her life a living hell. Well, that's what Brooklyn thought, at least... ___ "He leaned in and put a hand behind my head to kiss me, leaving me frozen and speechless. Almost instinctively, after a moment of processing, I stood on my tippy toes and replaced my fingers in his hair, my other hand on his neck. Butterflies exploded in my stomach, replacing my hunger for food, as he pressed me against a vacant wall. Without a word, he lifted me up while my legs wrapped around his waist, leaning in closer to him, even after there was no more space to fill."
