"Wait... You're an android?"
I didn't dare look up at him, the thought of seeing the look on his face was enough to set my own terror in stone, I was frozen, staring at the ground and staring at my arm he was holding, refusing to let go, not even for a second.
"And you're deviant?"
I shook my head, finally having the guts to look up at him, eyes wide in terror as tears started to well up in them, "I'm not an android, I'm human..." I looked back down, using my other arm to wipe away some of the tears which started to fall, "In... All ways but biological..."

The AX600 model, now known as the Blake model, wasn't meant to ever be created and become part of the physical world; or even become an idea. But alas, a Cyberlife worker had gone too far into his ideas of making the most realistic android partner as possible. And to say Cyberlife wasn't happy? Well that would certainly be an understatement.

The Replacement - Detroit: Become Human by SomeFormOfWriting

I won't lie I kinda hate myself for writing this but the ideas kept flowing so here we go It would take a long time for androids to be equal to humans, but at least the first steps had been made. Connor, a prototype for a detective android who managed to go deviant and form a friendship with an old police Lieutenant who drinks just a little too much was one of those androids who liked to believe he had a hand in the outcome of the Android Revolution. The rules were when the Deviant case was solved, Connor would return to Cyberlife, but now that androids were people he could stay in the police department- and you bet your ass he did. Everything was going smoothly for about a month or so until Connor and his best partner Hank are chasing after a serial killer and Connor gets injured on the job. Will Hank be able to finish the case without his partner there every step of the way? And an even bigger question: How will the Lieutenant handle Connors replacement - the RK900? Story length: 10,003 Words - This is based after the ending where everyone lives and they essentially get equal rights for androids - This is not Hank x Connor, it's more of a father/son relationship - Trigger Warnings: Cussing, drinking, bodies and typical crimescene environments, drugs, etc. - This is kinda a lazy fanfic- AKA I really love these characters and had a scene in my head, then formed a plot around it and did my best to make it interesting lol. - I made the cover in Desygner - Characters belong to the game Detroit: Become Human and the company that made it, Quantic Dream. Also I just want say that I wrote this story and then matched the cover and it matches so well like honestly wtf

[Completed] You're Y/N L/N, a great student with average grades at DUAT College. Four years ago? A police officer. But your insecurities got you kicked out. Your godfather, Hank Anderson, knows why. And so do you, but you have your own perspective about it. Though you have a very particular perspective about life, you do your best to highlight your own identity as (Y/N) since the others once expected you to be just like your father in the past, but who is now a great example of shame nowadays. But who should you be? An authenticity, or just a pale imitation of your father's achievements? Everything started with that damn Android. Connor. For an obedient machine, it made you question a lot of things. It made you question about yourself. But there was something about him. He makes you feel... different. Warm. What are we talking about? He's not your type! You're human and he's an Android. That would be impossible ...
