Piper Belleville knew she was good at getting at getting herself into trouble. She just didn't realize how good she was until she started off her year by agreeing to give the school's bad boy swimming lessons.

Add in the factors of a mysterious group chat, the return of an old friend, and said bad boy's reappearance in her life, Piper isn't quite sure how she's going to make it through her junior year of high school. All she knows is that whatever happens along the way- including late night visits to the ocean, road trips, and car chases-  it's going to be one hell of a ride.
