happiness. it's almost as difficult as trying to summarise a whole book in just a few lines. so, where do we begin? ara agassi. 17 year old girl who coped with the shitty life built for her by drugs, cigarettes and sex, yet somehow she still felt completely empty. all she wanted was to be happy... or die. or better yet, not exist. all she ever wanted was to feel loved, whole, not much to ask for, right? wrong. love, peace and all that other bullshit was impossible for her. how are you supposed to recover from your past when it seems to define you? with a little help? what happens when that help is from a childhood friend who turns ara's world upside down. would that, maybe, push her off the edge?

Angel was someone who didn't care about anything. He didn't have it easy growing up with his dad gone and his abusive mother. He was young when he first turned to drugs, he wanted all his problems to go away and not feel. He lives with his friend who happens to supply his addiction. Together they get high on a daily and ignore all the problems of their lives. Angel had always known that he wasn't straight, but he never had any real partners, he didn't care about a relationship when he was happy enough with oxy. Sometimes he had a fling or slept with his roomie but that was as far as that ever went. While looking for a job he expected dick head bosses but what he didn't expect was to meet the man who'd change his life forever.
