Being a vampire isn’t quite as dramatic as you’d think, or as how the books and movies make it out to be. I mean teenagers keep secrets from their families all the time. The fact that I can no longer sleep and have to consume a couple of bottles of blood to prevent myself from looking like the living dead doesn’t make me feel all that different. Although that could be because I’m surrounded by people who are also different. I fit in more than I stand out.
But don’t worry, I don’t bite.
