Hey, my name is Kadria, I'm eleven years old and I live with my Grandma Rebecca in Seattle Washington. My mum and dad died in a fire when I could barely crawl, so my mean Grandma Rebecca took me in as a maid. (Yes a maid) My room is a small four foot by six feet and other than a bed I have a small boxful of stuff that is placed on a shelf (all of my stuff, about five outfits, two books, and some family heirlooms.) My grandma allows one pair of sheets per month and I don't go to school. I get fed three times a day like a dog, and never get enough sleep as Rebecca nags me to clean late and wake early. That's pretty much my life...boring right? Yea? Then why are you reading this book? Yes, what was that? Like Cinderella? Yes! Like Cinderella! Exactly! Except without the Prince Charming.

-"Why are you crying?" What, I didn't know I was crying. -"Come on." He offers a hand to help me up. -"Stay away... from me." I get up on my own a grunt escaping my lips when I feel pain in my knees. -"Your knees!" He crouches down to look at them up close. -"Oh don't act as if you care." I look down and see he has wet hair, which is reasonable since he came out of the bathroom. *Swoop* He scoops me up, my injured knees on his left and my head rests on his right shoulder. I hitch as he picks me up. -"What do you think you're doing? Put me down this instant!" I try to wiggle out of his arms, but it's useless, he holds me tighter to his chest. He gently places me on the bed, and I sit on the edge, I instantly throw my hand to his face intending to slap him. As if it were muscle memory he blocks my hand and gently holds it. He crouches down not breaking eye contact. -"Stella, I'm... sorry. I acted out on you." I know Jacob, and that probably was hard for him to admit. -"Let me treat your knees." He places a gentle hand over my wound. ~ ~ ~ ~ Her Dad was murdered fighting for what was right, her mom didn't love her dad all that much...or her, she plans to follow her dad's footsteps even though that might lead her to death. Her parents had a planed marriage, her mom was more on the medium class while her dad was lower, that said, he needed money to help some important people and ended up marrying a women he didn't love. She has an awful opinion of men. She loved her dad, but she was still mad at him, for his decisions. A little something might happen in her life to change that perspective.Complete

A happy childhood, a so-so adolescence. Then adulthood arrived, and everything went to hell. And by everything, I mean it. Grown-up life is truly a wonderful, dazzling adventure! A job that drains your soul, stripping away any will to live while fueling a more or less justified homicidal instinct; depression knocking at the door with a lovely bouquet of red roses and, last but not least, the remnants of a social life buried somewhere under my shoes. Not the ones I'm wearing now; those are slippers, big difference. I mean the pretty ones in the cabinet that I haven't touched in five years. Love can be destructive. It catches you, ensnares you, devours you, and if you're unlucky enough, it leaves you standing in nothing but your underwear before reducing you to ashes. I had made peace with my "and she lived single, forever unhappy but safe" fate. A house, one, four, eight, maybe twenty cats and a future as flat as a heart monitor that's given up the ghost. No joys, minimal suffering, because there's only so much a heart can take before it calls it quits. And honestly? Fuck it, I'd been through enough. ... But he changed everything. In the worst, most terrifying way possible. From this abyss, I may never climb back out.

She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him. Millicent (though we call her Maleficent on accident) the Dragon Sorceress, Peter Pan the boy who can fly, Killian Hook the Pirate, Red Riding Hood the Wolf Slayer and Animal Tamer, Hansel and Gretel the Witch Hunters, Rumplestiltskin the Wizard, Blue the Fairy, Maethranal the Elven Queen, Jack the Giant Killer, Gothel the Witch, Merida the Archer, and Banshee, are the original people in our group who aren't dead. Gothel was being hunted by Hansel and Gretel at the time I met all three of them. Merida was adopted by Maethranal and trained as an Elven archer. Blue and Banshee are related by blood. Peter and Killian were enemies, but then banded together to stop Rumpelstiltskin, who later agreed to work with me. I love them like family, especially since my seven friends were killed. I miss them so much. They were my first friends, and helped me start this... rebel group. My husband contributed just as much as they did, and had the same fate. Eight people dead in one tiny little raid. I killed my stepmother, and use her riches to buy weapons for us all.
