I grew up in a world where a few minutes after you were born you were given to your parents and a "mark" would appear on you some see it as a birth mark but it is also your first tattoo as you change and grow up you get distinctive tattoos they show you who you will become,what you could accomplish and who you will be as a person you get one on your 16th birthday because you are maturing and you have a clearer mind set in what you want to do when your older, your plans for the future and who you will become etc.
