I've read countless stories where Aunt May passes away, Tony and Pepper adopt Peter, and once learning to cope with the loss of May, moves on with life and joins the Avengers. This is not one of those stories. 

Midtown High is Home to the best and brightest students New York has to offer. One student in particular, Peter Parker, has his whole future pretty much set for him. He is incredibly gifted in science, specifically chemistry, and it wouldn't be a stretch to call him a genius technologically. He lives with his Aunt May in Queens and his life is fairly straightforward: do well in school, do well in life. No distractions. Pretty simple logic for a 15 year old kid. 

Except for the fact that he's not a fairly straightforward 15 year old kid at all. 

Throw in an "internship" with the one and only Tony Stark, family death, high school drama, bullies, a team of super-humans, and a secret identity that he can't keep secret for much longer, and you've got some distractions keeping you from reaching the future you've been set out to achieve.

(Takes place after Spider-Man: Homecoming)

Peter got spider powers about 8 years later from a radioactive spider bite one day in his Freshman Year at Midtown High School while on a Field Trip to Oscorp Science Lab, which was owned by his best friend, Harry Osborn's father, Norman Osborn. Note-This is my FANFICTION on Peter Parker/Spider-Man. It has MOSTLY NOTHING to do with Tobey MacGuire's Spider-Man, Andrew Garfield's Amazing Spider-Man, Tom Holland's MCU Spider-Man, Spider-Verse shit, Comic Book Spider-Man shit, and/or the animated Spider-Man shit but it does somewhat use bits and pieces of all their stories. But just so you know, I'm not going there for you. I'm going there to see my friend. And I may not be back until tomorrow." I turned to walk out, but I turned back real quick. "Oh, and I'm taking one of your suits. Stipulations, you know?" Alison "Allie" Stark never really had a lot of friends. But, there was one person who has been her bestie since kindergarten: Peter Parker. No matter what, they've been there for each other, especially when Allie's mom has cancer. But, there's one thing that Peter never told her: he is Spider-Man. So, when Allie's mom died and she figures out that she's the niece of Tony Stark, at first she's reluctant to accept his request to spy on Peter.
