The ring was a delicate thing, small and thin, but was decorated heavily with gorgeous cubic zirconia splattering the rim of it. Under the crystals were beautiful engravings of vines, that stretched from one gemstone to the next, guarded with a braid of thorns and flowers. She flipped the ring over carefully, and looked at the inside of the band, noticing another faint detail. The words, "I promise" were inscribed along the interior of the glamorous silver band. The metal glinted in the afternoon sunlight, and Aubrie couldn't help but be drawn to it, eyes flickering between the band and Hunter, heart simmering in unadulterated bliss, eyes watering.
