For Jezebel it was a balanced bit of both. The day Jez was born her father replaced a quarter of her blood with liquid gamma. Father of the year, right? Up until now she had been taking shots to stop the gamma from taking over her body, unknown to her. Imagine thinking you were diabetic for 19 years. Now she’s 19 and finally ready to dig deeper and find out who her elusive father really is and who she was born to be. 
This is the start of Jezebel's new and improved (and a touch of super) life.
Now she just needs to know who she can truly trust.
