The prelude to a series of short stories I am planning on writing. I may change this as time goes on to fit the story, this is just a starting point for me to actually start writing.
Claire finds, after meeting a stranger in an alley, that she is being used as some kind of vessel for an ancient power. These unseen forces manipulate her, but for what cause?
This series of short stories will be from both her perspective, and other people's. I'm going to go more free lanced with this. It's more going to be a collection of different small stories that all link together into one bigger universe.

The Prophecy
Ariella's biggest desire in life has always been such a simple one. She wants to be 'normal.' Unfortunately, that one simple wish has never been within her grasp. Coming from a long line of witches is bad enough, but she's even more different than the rest of her family. The fact that no one will give her any answers to why she's so different doesn't help matters. Her entire existence is shrouded in secrets that everyone around her refuses to reveal. After a family tragedy, she moves to a new town, and she gets her first chance to at least pretend to be 'normal.' For the first time, she's allowed to leave the house and go to an actual school. She makes friends, and she develops her first crush, that's quickly followed by her second. She's finally living the normal teenage life she'd dreamed of, but it doesn't last. Everything she believed about herself and the world around her is changed in an instant. Family secrets come to light one after another, turning her entire world upside down in the process. She quickly realizes that sometimes ignorance really is bliss, and maybe she didn't really want to know the answers to the questions she'd always asked, especially when one of these truths causes people close to her to turn their backs on her without hesitation. Before she can even recover from the shock, she's thrust into a war that she hadn't even known existed. Loyalties will be tested. She'll have to choose sides between all of the people she's come to care about. Will she stand with her family, her new friends, or the two boys who both hold a piece of her heart? This is a story about a impish girl living the life a boring girl that has no adventures events in a small city she lives in. She find seeing the same people and a few of her species In the city, she wonders that she can find more people that are different then the people in her city. Her parents don't understand Her imagination. The human on the other hand wants back full humanity, they captured mythic creatures and kill them or used them for experiments. She want to help her people but she need ally's along the way. Her name is calliope, she's is a ordinary girl wanting her life to be interesting. Along the way with her friends she finds a human man trying to kill all myths. She is determined to save her people. Now this is my first book/novel I ever made I know it's not perfect but I will keep trying to develop my writing skills in the mean time I hope you enjoy this story I wrote.
