Melissa is just an ordinary girl from Texas with family problems and a very low self esteem with depression and a dark past "not very ordinary". He's a mysterious handsome guy with a dark past that hunts him just like her. He seems familiar but Melissa just can't place her finger on it. Both of them have meet before she just doesn't know it.
It's the middle of summer and Melissa walk into a very dangerous scene that changes her life drastically and he is the cause of it all.

He looked at her with sadness, those words felt like a stab in the heart.
