Gwen Speculum lives what most people would call a relatively normal life despite the fact she's living on an army post in an undisclosed location. She's a bit of a tomboy, has a best friend, and has a killer babysitting job for the local kids. So everything is going swell for her until The Glitch shows up. The Glitch is smarter than most people understand, and it's destruction seems impossible since almost everyone refuses to believe in it's existence. Everyone except for Gwen. The only hope for the post and the world is Gwen and a ragtag team of "Army Brats" and one charming boy named Luke to save people from the one thing they can't fight: themselves.All Rights Reserved

Then, something occurs that will change not only Kayla's life, but everyone else's. Kayla ends up in a coma after a tragic accident that did not occur in a car. Now that she is at home and back to school everything is too much for her to handle. Kayla tries to commit suicide and then is forced to move out of her house. It's all a roller coaster from there.
