Like rough sketches these poems outline my ideas. They summarise my thoughts and feelings but leave enough unsaid for you to colour in the rest. 

For some poems (Under, Walk to You) I used song lyrics as inspiration to help me get writing. The lyrics were altered and melded with lines written by me then shaped into poems. Like how you'd do a mashup of music, they are mashups of song lyrics, crafted by me into poems. Framing my ideas in this way also helps me interpret how I feel.

They are all named after songs since music is a huge part of my life.

Since I haven't written creatively in a while, I was also curious as to what people thought of the quality of my writing. So, I posted it here. Why write to no reader?All Rights Reserved
