"The Government is experiencing a crisis in the population students from Highschool will be judged according to their grades.
Failure in 6 to all classes in elementary will go to Jug-eum, Failure in 3 to 5 classes to Pyeongyun and People who pass will be sent to Prodigy high. The school rules in Jug-eum high is simple.
Be one of the 300 surviving students within the whole year. Anything is allowed, the whole city is yours to play around with this coming Thursday and Friday. Weekends will be your rest day and in Monday class will begin.
Second years will be given a chance to enter Pyeongyun high if they get a high enough score in the test they will be taking or if they accomplish a task set by the government. Mind you that it's much better living in Pyeongyun than this hell.
All of you might be first years but some here are sons and daughters of murderers and killing will really occur all day. Everyone has a room and food will be delivered everyday unto your room. There are locks as well but the only question here is can you stay inside for a year?

PART 1 The year starts off bad enough, that is, with earthquakes and snowstorms. And finally, when things starts to clear up, the first murder occurs. Right in front of their eyes. Shocked, the police rush over to gather the evidence and clues, but before they even assemble their evidence, the police are led to another death. One by one, deaths occur around town, faster than the police can count. There's not much in common with all of the murders, only the fact that all of the victims come from one class. In the course on one year, the class of 18 shrinks drastically. PART 2 As summer vacation begins, the remains of the class split. Five students tell their stories of meeting new people, near death experiences, and funny incidences. PART 3 More than what meets the eye happened in the course of the summer. The class comes back to a new year, utterly shocked to find that 4 new students have joined their class. Everything starts out alright, but people are getting frantic. The government sent in spies to watch the class for suspicious behavior, two of them students themselves. Two other students are hired to try to figure things out on their own. What nobody realizes however, is what's important.
