Evelyn has always had a plan. Ace her studies, get into her dream university, and build the future she's worked tirelessly for. She's bright, ambitious, and full of life, the kind of girl who believes in hard work, big dreams, and the certainty that the future is hers to create. But as the school year continues, she finds herself waiting-not for an acceptance letter, but for a test result. One that could change everything. Even though she smiles and insists she's fine, deep down, she's terrified. So she buries herself in school, in routines, in dreams she refuses to let go of. Because until the results come, she's still Evelyn... the girl with a bright future. Then there's Caleb. He carries an air of mystery, drawing eyes without effort, his presence a quiet enigma that pulls others in, though he remains an untouchable shadow, always just beyond reach. But behind the easy smiles and nonchalant attitude, there's something else... something heavier. His family is hiding a secret, one that no one else knows. When Evelyn and Caleb meet, it's unexpected. She's all focus and determination, he's a mystery wrapped in effortless charm. But in each other, they find something they didn't know they needed-a quiet understanding, a safe place to be honest, to be afraid. Between the late night rooftop talks, and stolen moments between classes, they make a promise... to hold on, to keep a secret for each other, and to steal whatever happiness they can before time runs out. But time has never been theirs to keep.

Rules to Feeling Lonely

62 parts Complete

Alone. A simple word that has always held many meanings to Ella, and starting her senior year at a new high school, solitude had seemed the easiest way to go. A week passed, bland and unnoticed, before her plans quickly get thrown overboard. Losing one of her most priced possessions, she finds herself making a rather simple deal with someone from school. His name, for her book. There's only one little problem; she has no idea who this person is. Laughs and tears, friends and heartbreak, and the past that comes knocking on the door. Ella faces it all as she takes on the search to find her secret admirer. ___________________ "I can't believe him after the texts, the letter, the flowers. All these months and he just tells me 'we'll talk later'", I told him, feeling absolutely frustrated. I am so damn stupid, thinking this was gonna be something special or whatever. "It isn't him", he suddenly spoke and I just rolled my eyes. He doesn't even know what he's talking about, the imbisile. "It is, you don't even know what you're talking about so shut up", I cried out, walking forth and back for the hundredth time. "Listen, I do and it isn't him", he yelled this time and I stopped walking, angrily turning to him. Can he stop just pissing me off even more? "Oh yeah? And how are you so sure?" "Because it's me"
