Kitsune does not have a surname, except in really formal settings when someone is yelling at him. Kitsune is just what Danzo has called the boy since he could remember. Maybe it was because of the whiskers that marked his face that Danzo found Kitsune fitting for the boy, but those whiskers have also spelled the boy's doom whenever he dares to walk the streets of Konohagakure without his fox mask, with or without a friend, not that he has many....
ALL READERS ALERT: I do not own Naruto, it's characters, settings, &c. I only own the plot that I have created. The cover art is not mine either.
AS OF RIGHT NOW: All of the chapter up THROUGH "Enter Kitsnue!! (Take 2)" are good for reading, but all chapters AFTER "Enter Kitsune!! (Take 2) are under maintenance. While I will not unpublish them--that sounds like a drag ;)-- they are due to possible changes based on plot lines which have developed due to revisions I have made. All that to say, do read, do have fun, but do so at your own risk. :P
