The war with Gaea and the Giants was over, and Percy was excited to have the chance to spend time with his beautiful girlfriend. Then everything comes crashing down. It was freeing, to not hear her telling him off every moment, to not hear the hesitation before she told him she loved him. But it was lonely. Everyone else seemed to be happy. And Percy was basically alone. He wasn't even allowed near the new girl because Annabeth hated him, and was friends with her. Until he receives a quest with no objective?
