My Senior Project! Hours of hard work spent writing and editing paid off to create a collection of short stories aimed at young adults. Dealing with themes such as love, regret, suicide, friendship, and family, these stories bring to light some of the challenges that teens face these days. Of course, there is some comedy mixed in for good measure. :)

The man looked me up and down, his red eyes staring through me."You... Are a werewolf." "So I've noticed" The man scowled, his lips pulling back revealing the sharp fangs nestled between his teeth. I stepped back, startled by the sudden conclusion that formed in my head. Vampire. "Thank you for the clarification, wolf. But I don't need a 'mate.' Especially not a werewolf one." My fear disappeared, and I frowned, anger filling my mind. "What's wrong with being a werewolf, Dracula?" The man turned, marching towards me until we were face to face. My heart skipped a beat as he glared at me, both fear and lust being the cause. "Let me make one thing clear. We are not mates, and never will be. Vampires are a highly respected society, and a proud people. I will not stoop so low as to 'mate' with a stupid wolf, just because he says we're 'destined to.' Let alone a male wolf." With that, he disappeared into the woods, leaving me alone.

"Grandmother, what big ears you have." Chuckling at my own joke, I looked down at the wolf when I felt his tail tapping on my wrist and was met with an amused look instead of the sad one before. Taking a hint when he nudged my thigh with his snout, I guided my hands towards his snout. Placing my hand on his snout as he tilted his head up to sniff my palm, I continued, "grandmother, what big nose you have." Standing up on his four paws again, he positioned himself so that he was sitting on his hind legs with his front paws resting on my shoulders. I couldn't stop the burst of laughter that escaped me when he showed me his sharp, white fangs that gleamed under the moonlight. "But grandmother, what big mouth and teeth you have." - Wherein, teenage werewolf Samuel meets his human mate Emily who lives thousands of miles away from him. Will his wolf be able to handle being apart from his very vulnerable, very human mate? Will her over-imaginative mind be able to stay sane apart from her very attractive, very male other half? Will the duo be able to sustain this long-distance relationship? How long can they keep this charade going before Samuel's wolf falls apart? Now that! beats everything. Obviously there are so many ways to which your brain can process this. 1.There is the screaming and running for your life which should be the better choice. 2. Face it like a man and pray that your ass doesn't get mauled. 3. Faint because things like this don't exist. To "Just Another Nightmare," a story about a kind of hell you might never have thought of. This collection will likely make you question if something is wrong with me. Spoiler alert; there is.
