"I'm  just tired Savannah." Tinanggal niya ang kamay ko na nakapulupot sa kaniya. "I'm sick and tired of us."

Wala niya akong emosyong pinagtitigan. Kung may awa man o panghihinayang sa mawawala sa amin na dapat kong makita sa mga mata niya ay magaling niya itong naitago mula sa akin. "Abort that thing if you want. I don't give a damn, that's not mine to begin with," aniya at napailing sa akin. "I loved you. But I'm done doing it, Savannah.  I am done loving you."

I breathed deeply and looked around the room, trying to remember the moment...trying to remember the indifference of my brother towards me and trying to remember the pain of what love has brought me.

"You know Reed? Sana hindi na kita minahal. Sana hindi ko na isinuko ang sarili ko, ang puso ko...ang kaluluwa ko sa'yo. When I let myself love you again, I gave you the power to destroy me...and you know what? 'Yun mismo ang ginawa mo.  But godd a mn it," sabi ko sa kaniya at napapailing na lamang. Isang malaking biro talaga ang nangyayari sa amin ngayon. 

 "Biruin mo? when you cheated on me, when you hurt me and  I was fucking destroyed, ano nga ulit ang ginawa ko? Pinatawad lang kita. Ang martyr ano?  Ha! I was even the one who crawled back to you. Ako pa ang nagsusumiksik diyan sa puso mo. Pero sige na nga, kung ayaw mo na, sige. Let's just end this. Napapagod na rin naman ako." 

Hindi na talaga ako muling magmamahal ng ganito. Ipinapangako kong hinding-hindi na ako magmamahal ng ganito o magtitiwala kung kanino man. Trusting and loving people will only lead me back to this. At hindi ko na makakayanan pa siguro kung uulit sa akin ang ganito. 

"Ang hirap mong mahalin, Reed. Nakakapagod."
