"911 what's your emergency" I asked calmly
"Please you g- t- help me...." the voice spoke her was crackling like she was crying
"Mam what's going on please speak louder" I said trying to understand the female
"I can't just pl-e come h-p me" she sounded younger then usual
"Mam is this a prank? I can't understand what your saying, I'm Going to hang up" I said quite annoyed
"NO please ------"
"Your call is on hold"
" stupid kids and pranking us.." I was about to hang up when the call came off hold and a loud piecing scream flooded my headphones
I pressed my emergency button as I was in shock
The team should be here any time soon
"Mam what ever you do don't end the call even if you leave the room okay honey" I said going into serious matter
"O-okay" she said as she started to cry
"Honey could you tell me who was screaming" I asked as I look looked around on my computer for any matching servers.
"My..my sister..they took my sister into salle de torture?" She cried as she was unsure of how the word was pronounced..

"But what ever you do...do not end the call....even when your not talking keep the phone call with you and live okay" I said while calling the team over making them run instead of walking.
