"You think I'm crazy." She said with a half smirk; the corner of her lips twisting upwards into a devilish grin.

"Not at all, Miss Everts. I believe you're sick, that maybe you just need a little help." Shane spoke sincerely, folding his arms across his chest while leaning back into the desk behind him - his ankle crossed over his adjacent foot.

"You couldn't help your wife... what makes you think you can help me?" Camille watched as his sympathetic gaze faded into crippling horror. He swallowed hard, realizing exactly why Camille Everts had gone through three other psychiatric doctors before him.

He kissed her forehead... she closed her eyes, accepting her fate from which she tried to run away.... "Tell me, sweetheart, what punishment should I give him." A dark mysterious smirk playing on his handsome face... "He is your sister's soon to be husband," she said as he didn't know. He chuckled, a mocking, sinister, extremely insane smile

She sat in the café, enjoying her black coffee like every Monday morning. Black coffee, like her heart, she thought over and over again, smiling. She just skimmed the latest article on the front page with her left glance. Reports of new missing people were no longer so foreign to her. The names of the victims were, as if archived, in her head. -The police are doing their best to find the missing people and catch the perpetrator...- She grimaced in reluctance and looked toward the intersection at the end of the main street. A police car with two police officers, with [typical] donuts and coffee to go. Typical - she thought out loud. Her view was suddenly blocked. A black car stopped in front of the café. The door opened and a young man-early 30s, she guessed-got out. A black suit, red tie, shiny dancing shoes. [Typical] businessmen. His intense gaze rested on her. She looked at her gold watch-her father's keepsake. 7:01 a.m. "You're late" "Just a minute" She looked at the clock again. 7:02 a.m. "No, two" With an elegant gesture, he invited her in. She left the coffee cold, as there would be another opportunity. They sat quietly opposite each other. She placed her red coat on her thighs. It was nice and warm in here. ,,Who?" He pressed a small collection of files into her hand. -Amara Smith-
