I woke to my limbs sore and my head hurting. I didn't open my eyes but chose to feel around me instead. I could feel leaves and grass underneath me along with the wind sliding along my skin. I could hear bugs and animals around me, along with the trees swaying. I could smell the fresh air around me. Then i opened my eyes to see the moon above my head through the trees. It shined so bright, and it made its own light in the sky.

I was on the ground. There was fiery pain in my left side. I couldn't move, I couldn't speak, and I could barely breathe. My vision went cloudy. I heard a panicked voice getting closer. A man was running to me, on his phone. He leaned over, saying something to me. I couldn't understand him, I couldn't understand anything at that point. The last thing I saw were his eyes, and then it all went black. He had blue eyes.

All I ever wanted to be was happy, sing, dance and laugh. I never knew a dream like that could be taken away from me in just one moment. That's all it took for it to disappear. It was just like any other night. One where we were having a BBQ, laughing and having a good time. I thought nothing could go wrong, not one thing but boy was I wrong. That's when they came. I have revamped the story please let me know how you like it I was sitting alone in the park, looking out over the frozen lake, watching the sun set.
